Continuous deployment was an afterthought, who would need it right? First customers have to onboard, so why bother?

But by the time the customers are there and their feedback starts coming in, you are too late to respond SWIFTLY to whatever they are throwing at you, whether it’s bugs or feature requests.

The solution here, is to treat your own product management and testers as customers, providing them with continuous, accumulating releases of your software. This will massively improve the quality of the software, save time for the entire team and by the time your first customers onboard, you will be ready to give them the customer experience they want and deserve!
